We provide a 12-month, non-transferable warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers mechanical faults to the watch movement only arising under normal use.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage, scratches, dents or general wear and tear
• Battery depletion or electronic accessories
• Faults caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications;
• Water ingress caused by neglect (for example operating crowns or pushers while submerged, failure to re-seal after service, or using the watch beyond its water-resistance rating)
• Theft or loss.

Manufacturer warranty

If a watch is sold with remaining manufacturer warranty, that warranty is between you and the manufacturer (or the authorised dealer who issued it). Any claim under the manufacturer’s warranty must be made directly to the manufacturer or the authorised dealer and will be handled under their terms and conditions. The Box and Docs warranty is separate and does not replace or alter any existing manufacturer coverage.
