Our Story
I began my career in the watch industry in 2004 as part of a small team at Watchfinder. In 2014, I founded Box and Docs Ltd in Royal Tunbridge Wells with a clear focus on providing a more personal and transparent approach to buying and selling pre-owned luxury watches.
Today, we are a small, hands-on team specialising in pre-owned Rolex, which remains the core of our passion and stock focus. Alongside Rolex, we also buy and sell Omega, TAG Heuer, Cartier, Patek Philippe and a carefully selected range of other established Swiss luxury brands.
Every watch we sell is carefully inspected, accurately described and presented honestly. We believe that trust is earned through consistency, knowledge and transparency, which is why so many of our customers return to us and recommend us to others.
We are proud members of the National Association of Jewellers (NAJ), demonstrating our commitment to ethical trading, professional standards and customer confidence. Our membership also provides customers with access to independent dispute resolution, offering additional reassurance when buying or selling with Box and Docs.
