Returns Policy

In compliance with distant selling regulations, we offer all clients the opportunity to return items within 3 working days (Mon-Fri) of receipt.

A full refund of the purchase price, excluding delivery costs, will be provided upon the safe receipt of the items in the same condition as supplied.

The liability for any damage incurred during transit will remain with the sender.

If any protective stickers or case seals have been removed from a new/unworn watch that you wish to return (due to this no longer being able to be sold as new) this watch will incur a minimum of a 20% restocking fee.

We strongly recommend that full insurance is placed on items when returning them to us.

All items must be communicated with a returns reference obtained and attached prior to an item being sent back.

Any watches that are returned that show any marks from mishandling or wear will be charged to be polished at £100 (so if you want to return it don't wear it!)
