On receipt we authenticate and inspect the watch, check the serial against the lost and stolen register, and verify ID. Once the watch passes checks we arrange payment by bank transfer. For in-person sales payment is normally made the same day, for posted items payment is usually made within 1–2 business days of receipt and completed checks.

You can view watches at our Tunbridge Wells store during normal opening hours, strictly by appointment only. We do not hold stock on site and we cannot access watches outside normal business hours, so please book a viewing in advance to ensure the watch is available.
